Visionary Meeting Technologies LLC. was founded by Ron Howard Jr in May of 2020. Ron is an Audio Visual Specialist with over 18 years in Live Event Project Management, involving all aspects concerning audio visual planning and operations.

Visionary Meeting Technologies is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are focused on providing service for ballroom events, business conferences, breakout rooms and more. VMT is able and willing to travel to your requested destination nationwide.
